ACH Basics for the ODFI In the ACH network the ODFI holds the majority of the warranties and liabilities and are at the point where fraudulent transactions can be stopped from entering the network. During this video these warranties and liabilities will be reviewed as well as the flow of ACH transactions. We will have a quick review of the roles and responsibilities of all of the participants in the network; however, we will discuss a number of the ODFI's responsibilities in greater detail.
